"Is this for real? This is the second time you’ve asked me to review a purchase for coins that I didn’t receive. I placed the order a month ago. I’ve reached out to you through several methods to try to find out where my coins are as the tracking information is incomplete. At this point, I feel like you just straight up, stole money from me. You’ve charged my credit card you haven’t sent the product and you have ignored all of my efforts to get any sort of customer service out out of you. I will never buy from you again and will recommend to everyone. I know in the coin community not to do so as well."
