This Silver American Eagle has 1 oz of .999 pure Silver and appeals to both collectors and investors as a sovereign currency backed by the United States government and produced by the United States Mint.

Although the US Mint does not sell bullion coins directly to the public, it does distribute them to a few authorized purchasers, such as APMEX, who then sell the coins to the general public.

Each piece contains 1 oz of .999 pure silver and is packaged in plastic tubes in multiples of 20. Monster Boxes contain multiples of 500. All other Silver Eagle coins will be packaged safely.
Obverse: Adolph A. Weinman designed Lady Liberty, who is enveloped in an American flag and walking elegantly as the sun rises.
From 1986 until 2021, the reverse has a beautiful eagle beneath 13 tiny stars representing the initial colonies. The Type 2 reverse, first presented in 2021, depicts an eagle landing with an oak branch to add to its nest.
The US government backs this sovereign currency.
