"Order placed on 03/29/26. On 04/09/26 I received a message that my order was being shipped. On 04/29/26, the tracking still says 'Pre-Shipment USPS Awaiting Item". I reached out to the company by email, and never received a reply. Either this is the worst customer service in the industry or more likely a scam website. Buyer beware!"
